Formerly known as The Center for Integrated Water, Sanitation, and Shelter or Center for i-WASH (CIWASH), is a non-stock, non-profit organization formed to promote a progressive and continuing realization of adequate standards of living by individuals and communities. We characterize adequacy of living standards by the availability, accessibility, acceptability, affordability, and safety, of the necessary elements for human beings and their communities to live with dignity, and without fear and want.
